1. Find the LCM of 12, 15, and 18.
Prime factorization:
12 = 2² × 3
15 = 3 × 5
18 = 2 × 3²
LCM = 2² × 3² × 5 = 180
✅ Answer: 180

2. Find the HCF of 24, 30, and 36.
Prime factorization:
24 = 2³ × 3
30 = 2 × 3 × 5
36 = 2² × 3²
HCF = 2 × 3 = 6

3. The LCM of two numbers is 120 and their HCF is 4. If one of the numbers is 24, find the other number.
Using the formula: LCM × HCF = Product of two numbers
120 × 4 = 24 × x
x = (120 × 4) / 24
x = 20

4. Find the LCM of 8, 12, and 16.
Prime factorization:
8 = 2³
12 = 2² × 3
16 = 2⁴
LCM = 2⁴ × 3 = 48
